Beloved husband and father, Gabriel Miller of Akron, Ohio passed away December 23, 2021 at Maplewood Senior Living in Cuyahoga Falls at the age of 89 from a 10 year battle with Alzheimers.

Gabriel Miller was born in Zurich, Switzerland February 16, 1932. He married Beverly Shapiro October 1956 and had two children, Lisa Miller-Yoskowitz and David Miller. He was preceded in death by Beverly after 35 loving years of marriage. In 1992 Gabe married Sherri Monsour-Miller, his devoted wife the past 29 years.

Gabe was a gifted Gabbai who led services on Shabbat, Holidays and Daily services. As a young man, Gabe was a soccer player who had the honor of playing for the Canadian team in the 1950 Maccabiah Games in Israel. He succeeded in many positions in the work world ie., RCA Victor, VP of Accounting & Finance for Conti Rubber, and Continental General-Tire in Akron, OH. Gabe is survived by his loving devoted wife Sherrie, his children Lisa and David; Grandchildren Sara and Erica Yoskowitz, Russell, Andrew and Samuel Miller and his siblings, Helen Krokocki, Michael Muller, Ralph Muller and Sylvain Miller. Graveside service at Floral Park Cemetery will be held in South Brunswick, New Jersey on Monday, December 27.
