Albert Kay passed Sunday, August 4th at his home for many years under special care from Maria Iglesias and during the past six months by Hospice of Summa along with the loving support of all family members. Al was preceded in death by wife, Mara Kay, 87 who passed away December 24, 2021, after 67 year marriage. He is survived by his younger sister Alice Kirsch. His conversation with others revolved around all his immediate family members: sons David (Mahala) Kay and Charles (Mary) Kay; grandchildren, Alexis (Robert) Frank, Laura (Robert) DeStefano, Elliot (Julie) Kay, Ian (Rayanne) Kay; great-grandchildren, Luca, Amelia, Emma, Louis, and Miles. He also appreciated his sister's children, Ellen and Michael, and the care they shared. Al's life focus was work starting in Akron as a CPA and then as the owner of ASB Industries where many business relationships his pride along with receiving many recognitions.
Graveside services were held at Rose Hill Burial Park on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 11 am.
